Tra i più rari dischi di progressivo italiano mai pubblicati, "Cincinnato" è anche tra i più interessanti, musicalmente parlando. Il disco fu registrato da un ensemble di quattro musicisti varesotti, la cui breve storia è quella di molti altri esponenti della scena prog italiana: radunatisi in studio con budget e tempi limitatissimi a disposizione, diedero vita ad una piccola gemma jazz-rock/fusion, per poi sciogliersi e sparire nel nulla.

Tra i lunghi brani del disco spicca senza dubbio la suite "Ebete", che nei suoi oltre venti minuti di durata occupa l'intero lato B del disco.

Among the rarest Italian progressive rock albums ever, "Cincinnato" is also one of the most interesting, musically speaking. The album was recorded by an ensemble of four musicians from around Varese, whose short story is similar to the one of many other prog artists of the time: they entered the studio with very restricted time and budget, and forged a little jazz-rock/fusion gem, before disappearing (almost) completely.

Over the long LP tracks undoubtedly rises "Ebete", an over-20-minute suite that fills the entire side B of the record.

Mysterious, yet nostalgic, Isolubilia is truly an ode to the romance found in the pursuit of a mystery. Musically rich in turbulence and serenity, majesty and humbleness, this album made me feel both lonely, yet understood as an isolated individual.
